MNS switchgear is a modular, multi-functional low-voltage distribution cabinet. It is used in all low-voltage systems requiring high reliability in many fields: power distribution and motor control systems. The product is composed of standard, series of modules, and the drawer has a reliable mechanical interlock device, so that the user is safer and more reliable in use. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, high technical level, good protection performance, reliable interlocking, complete scheme and convenient combination. It is suitable for power supply and distribution systems with AC 50/60Hz, rated working voltage ≤ 660V, rated current 6300A and below, as power distribution, conversion, control and reactive power compensation.

Structural features
The basic framework of the product structure is a combined assembly structure. The sealing plate of the cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. All frames, inner partitions and functional units are made of high-quality aluminum-zinc-coated steel plate. The rest of the metal structural parts of the cabinet body are treated with galvanized anti-corrosion treatment. The switch cabinet frame is made of C- type straight column, which is assembled by steel self-tapping screws and 8.8-grade bolts. It has sufficient mechanical strength to ensure that the components are not shaken or deformed after installation and during operation. Each cabinet in the switch cabinet is divided into three rooms, namely, horizontal bus compartment, functional unit compartment and cable room. The rooms are separated from each other by a whole high-strength flame-retardant environmental protection plastic functional board and aluminum-zinc coating board. According to the installation conditions on site, the withdrawable MNS switch cabinet has two forms: side outgoing line and rear outgoing line.
