The change of the transformer volume is compensated by the expansion elasticity of the corrugated tank wall, and the external moisture and oxygen cannot enter the tank, thus slowing down the aging speed of the insulating material. The product does not need to be checked before operation, and maintenance and maintenance are exempted after it is put into operation, thus greatly improving the reliability of the transformer operation. Products using PCCAD software design, performance in line with IEC60067, GB1094 standards, and through the ISO9001 quality system certification.

The coil is wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-wrapped wire), cylindrical (or pie) structure, uniform distribution of ampere turns, reasonable insulation structure, and high short-circuit resistance. The fasteners used in the box are all non-return nuts, which can effectively prevent light aging, electrical aging and thermal aging. Equipped with "telemetry" signal thermometer and pressure relief valve, enhance the reliability of transformer operation.

Flame retardant characteristics

The ignition point of vegetable oil exceeds 350 ℃, which is much higher than the minimum ignition point (300C) specified by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), the Chinese National Standard (GB) and the American Electrical Code (NEC), which greatly improves the safety and reliability of transformers and power grid systems.

• According to ASTM D1354 test, vegetable oil ignition time, flameout time, smoke generation rate and other parameters are better than mineral oil.

• The American Association of Insurance Laboratories (UL) considers vegetable oils to have a fire risk of 4 to 5, well below the 10 to 20 levels of paraffinic mineral oils. In addition, the U.S. National Electrical Code NEC450-23 has incorporated high-ignition insulating oil transformers, which can be used indoors with high safety and fire protection requirements.

Improve fire safety

• Natural ester vegetable oil can effectively avoid economic losses caused by transformer explosion and fire, such as equipment loss, maintenance, replacement, etc., and litigation caused by power interruption.

• With the help of natural ester vegetable oils, the use of fire extinguishing equipment (sprinklers) and firewalls can be reduced if space is limited. Natural ester vegetable oil transformers can be used indoors or in small spaces.

Excellent resistance to moisture

• Natural ester vegetable oils, in contrast to mineral oils, have extremely high water saturation at various temperatures. Under normal operating conditions, natural ester oils have 5 to 8 times the water saturation of mineral oils. Therefore, natural ester vegetable oils have excellent hydrophilicity compared to mineral oils.

• In the natural ester vegetable oil/insulation system, the moisture in the paper is less than the moisture in the paper in the mineral oil/paper insulation system. In units using hot oil drying, natural ester vegetable oil immersion in the unit allows to reduce the drying time.

Improvement of life expectancy and overload capacity

• Natural ester vegetable oil-impregnated paper has a lower aging rate compared to mineral oil-impregnated paper systems, thereby extending the life of the insulation system, which in turn increases the life of the transformer.

• Natural ester vegetable oil impregnated paper can improve the peak load or overload capacity of the transformer, working at 10-15 ℃ higher than the hot spot temperature, and has the same life expectancy as mineral oil impregnated paper.
