The product is divided into three modes: ring network type, terminal type and dual power supply, and is suitable for small unattended substations with voltage level of 35kV and below and main capacity of 2000kVA and below. The product covers an area of small, compact structure, beautiful appearance. The on-site installation workload is small, the installation and commissioning period is short, the operation is safe and reliable, and the maintenance is convenient.

Structural features
ZBW series pre-installed box-type substation shell materials are aluminum alloy plate, stainless steel plate, composite plate, glass fiber reinforced cement board, etc. The base is made of galvanized channel steel or cement, which has strong corrosion resistance and sufficient mechanical strength. The structure of box-type substation can be arranged in "eye" shape or "product" shape according to the actual situation, which is divided into high-voltage room, transformer room, low-voltage room, metering room, etc. Sealing measures are provided between all opening parts and the box. The top cover of the box adopts a double-layer structure with good heat insulation and radiation protection effects. Each room is separated by iron plates to form independent small rooms, each room is equipped with lighting facilities, and the transformer room is equipped with automatic exhaust device to adjust the temperature of the transformer room. Distribution transformers can be configured according to user requirements of low-loss energy-saving oil-immersed power transformers or epoxy cast dry-type transformers.
